The short version

This page does not track you unless you say yes. The product answers only to you. We never sell your data, we measure nothing about your visit unless you accept, and we collect as little as the job allows.

Calls it makes for you

When you ask it to make a call, it keeps who was called, when, why, and what came back, so the answer lands in your thread. It says at the start of every call that it is an assistant calling on your behalf, and it names you. Recording depends on where you and the other person are, and it follows the stricter of the two rules. You can ask us to delete any call record.

This website

Analytics load only after you press Accept on the banner. Press Decline, or ignore it, and nothing measures your visit. If you accept, we use two tools to see which parts of the page help and which do not:

• Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymized, for aggregate page and referral counts.
• Microsoft Clarity, which replays how the page is used (clicks and scrolls) under a random ID, so we can fix confusing spots.

Both are used to improve the page, nothing more. Your choice is remembered in your own browser. Clear your browser storage and the banner asks again.

Fonts are served from this domain, so before you choose, no request about your visit leaves this page at all.

When you send the access form, we receive your name, email, and the first job you would hand the assistant, plus the time you sent it and two hidden fields that help us catch spam bots. It reaches us over Telegram, and a copy goes to our own mailbox through Resend so a single point of failure cannot lose your request. It is never sold or shared beyond that.

The product

Lagoda is an assistant you talk to. A few principles hold by design, not by promise:

• It answers only to you. Access is tied to your own account.
• It does not sit inside your messengers pulling your conversations. Your data goes in under your control.
• Keys and secrets stay isolated, never in the open, never in logs.
• The model runs when you message it and on the schedules you set, like the 7:30 brief. It never sits in your messengers and never reads anything you did not hand it.

Once you are set up, the assistant holds only what it needs to do the work you ask for: the contact records you enter (name, how you met, notes), calendar events, invoice and receivables amounts, phone numbers it dials for you, and the text or voice notes you send it, turned into text so it can act on them. Nothing is used to train anyone else's model.
